Wood

“A noble material by predilection, wood was the first material I spontaneously used for my creations. From the beginning of my design work to today, it remains the common thread. I integrate it as much as possible into my creations, where it can be subtly combined with other materials.”

Wide garden steps structured with oak sleepers, combined with gabions. The photograph shows the descent from the designer entrance gate—made of wood and metal—of the garden. The construction is set in a large garden, initially very steep and arranged in terraces, to enhance the view of the Pyrenees.

Hanging Garden

Set on a steeply sloping plot with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, Le Jardin de Carla is a topographical challenge transformed into a contemporary recreational space. Balancing extreme constraints with the enhancement of the landscape, it combines a summer house, a swimming pool, wooden terraces, and understated, modern landscaping.

Ariège Departmental Ecogolf

The Ariège departmental golf course, located in Unjat, opted to make a radical change in its management of the grounds to become an “ecogolf”. On this occasion, I was consulted to create a set of signage that had to meet both a sustainable development objective and the creation of a new design identity befitting the prestige of a nationally recognized golf course.

A sculptural bookshelf-desk that combines functionality, artistic installation, and the symbolism of nature. More than just a piece of furniture, it becomes the defining element of an interior space.

Cabin whose shape is inspired by that of a boat, characterized by sloping walls and a roof consisting of a sail stretched across metal masts. The cabin features an angled gable with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a terrace covered by the sail, which extends into a awning.

Cabin-Boat Lodge

Perched on a hilltop overlooking the Lèze Valley, the Cabin-Boat lodge is a unique lodging experience designed to resemble a transformed sailboat. Blending maritime dreams with a Pyrenean setting, it combines luxury comfort, unique architecture, and a complete change of scenery.

Hair salon and barbershop created from a shipping container. Greyed natural timber cladding, a covered walkway, and a large storefront window create a modernized Western-style saloon appearance.

Barber Kiosque

Completed in 2017, the Barber Kiosque is a barber and hair salon designed from a converted shipping container. Both a functional space and an attraction, it asserts a strong identity inspired by the “barber” universe and conceived as marketing architecture: a building that becomes a communication tool.

Confluence House

Confluence House is an eco-friendly architectural project set within a site shaped by the meeting of two rivers. Designed as a healthy, warm living space open to nature, it features contemporary lines while remaining in harmony with the area’s historic built heritage. It is based on the principles of High Environmental Quality (HQE), bioclimatic design, and bio-ergonomics—the latter being an original conceptual approach that I initiated.
